Volvo automaker secretly preparing the next generation V40.To create the model, Volvo will work only with the Chinese car brand Geely.

Volvo and Geely relationship must already be familiar. Geely is the current owner of the Volvo brand.Now, Autocar say when a new platform comes with the name of the Compact Modular Architecture (CMA).
CMA platform can be used to build a sedan, hatchback and crossover in Volvo and Geely various compact car. Model-based CMA platform is expected to be seen in 2017.

As is known, the Volvo V40 has an airbag mounted under the hood of the car and get out if it detects pedestrians getting hit, which in turn provide protection to the pedestrian.Airbags are also there in the pillar A.
